- As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with the requirements of the department and the standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty.
- What you will do in this role:
- + Assess the patient's condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
- The Wound Care RN is responsible for direct patient care, including planning, directing and provision of nursing care to patients in accordance withthe Colorado Nurse Practice Act, Physician Orders, recognized nursing techniques and policies, procedures,and established clinical competencies.
- What qualifications you will need:
- + •Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- + •Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma.
- + •Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license.
- + •Minimum of two years' experience in an acute care setting.
- + •WOCN, CWS or other Wound Care certification preferred.
- + •Availability Monday-Thursday.
