Nursing License or Certification Our client is seeking RNs for long-term care facilities in the Avon, CT and surrounding areas. HOURS

• Flexible, 32-40 hours / week on-going schedule

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

• Provide direct care and nursing services to patients as directed
• Maintain records such as Medication Administration and medical charts
• Obtain patient data and vital signs and report to RN/Medical Director
• Screen residents for medical/dental exams and schedule appropriate appointments
• Ensure accurate and timely initiation of medications, ordering and destroying medications
• May include phlebotomy

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• Current and unrestricted RN License in CT
• Current CPR
• Must be 21 years of age or older, as required by CT state
• Ability to complete and pass clearances: Fingerprinting, Criminal and FBI, Child Abuse
• Pre-employment drug screening
