1 Description American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Infusion Unit position at a Level II Trauma Center requiring chemotherapy certification and Epic experience. Details Infusion unit within a 426-bed, short-term acute care hospital that is part of the Yale New Haven Health System Level II Trauma Center setting Schedule options: 3x12 or 4x12-hour day shifts, 7:00-19:30 Every other weekend required, with holiday coverage as needed Floating to other Med/Surg units required when needed Epic EMR — experience required 12-week contract Requirements Active RN license (Standard or Compact) required Current certifications required: BLS, NIHSS, and Chemotherapy (ONS/ONCC) Chemotherapy certification required prior to start Epic EMR experience required Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position Candidates with any prior disciplinary actions on their nursing license will not be considered Prior permanent employees of this facility must have been separated for at least 2 years to be eligible Additional Information Orientation begins virtually on Friday, with onsite reporting starting the following Monday Royal blue scrubs required Free parking available on-site Flu vaccine is required — declinations are not accepted COVID vaccine and booster required, with religious or medical exemptions considered Up to 7 days of RTO may be approved by the facility 1 professional reference required for consideration
