Our team is professional, supportive, and wellness-driven — dedicated to helping every client feel their best through personalized care in a calm, modern clinical environment. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Aesthetic Nurse to join our growing team on a part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a provider who values patient relationships, natural results, wellness-focused care, and working within a collaborative boutique practice setting. Position Overview The Aesthetic Provider will perform a variety of advanced aesthetic and wellness treatments while delivering exceptional patient care and education. The ideal candidate is confident, personable, detail-oriented, and experienced in both aesthetic procedures and client consultations. Responsibilities Cosmetic injectables (Botox/Dysport, dermal fillers, etc.) Laser treatments Body contouring services Microneedling and RF Microneedling Morpheus8 treatments Conduct thorough patient consultations and develop customized treatment plans Educate patients on treatment options, skincare, wellness, and post-care instructions Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are maintained according to safety and clinical standards Build and maintain strong client relationships to support patient retention and practice growth Collaborate with the team to provide a seamless, elevated patient experience Support practice growth through professionalism, patient satisfaction, and community engagement Qualifications Active Connecticut Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitoner (NP) license required Minimum of 2+ years of aesthetic experience required Experience with injectables, laser treatments, body contouring, microneedling, RF Microneedling, and Morpheus8 required Strong consultation and patient communication skills Professional, polished, and wellness-oriented demeanor Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment Passion for aesthetics, wellness, regenerative health, and patient care Schedule Part-time position Preferred schedule includes: Tuesdays and Thursdays Rotating Fridays and Saturdays Compensation & Perks Competitive compensation structure Performance-based bonus opportunities available 50% employee discount on services and products Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is passionate about aesthetics and wellness, thrives in a boutique patient-focused environment, and is excited to grow alongside a modern and elevated practice.
