Per diem / PRN (flexible scheduling, additional shifts available) About the Practice We are a boutique medical wellness practice specializing in IV vitamin therapy, recovery and hydration drips, and regenerative health and beauty treatments. Our team is professional, supportive, and wellness-driven — dedicated to helping every client feel their best through personalized care and a calm, modern clinical environment. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Infusion RN (Per Diem) who is skilled in IV therapy, client communication, and clinical precision. This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy both medical excellence and a wellness-centered atmosphere. Responsibilities Complete patient intake, assessment, and vital signs before all infusions Communicate findings to the supervising provider before beginning any treatment Start and maintain IV lines with expertise and patient comfort in mind Administer IV vitamin therapy, recovery infusions, and other prescribed compounds Administer IM or SubQ injections per treatment plan Educate clients on infusion types, benefits, and after-care instructions Monitor clients throughout the infusion and document accurately in the EMR Maintain sterile technique and adhere to infection control procedures Ensure workspace cleanliness, organization, and supply readiness Support providers during procedures and uphold all clinical protocols Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Connecticut (required) Minimum 3 years of IV or infusion experience (required) IV therapy certification or formal infusion training (required) Minimum 5 years of overall nursing experience (preferred) Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and clinical documentation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, calm, and client-focused demeanor Comfortable working independently in a luxury outpatient setting BLS certification required Preferred Experience MedSpa, outpatient, or concierge wellness environment Familiarity with vitamin and recovery IV formulations Comfort assisting in aesthetic or regenerative procedures Schedule & Environment Per diem / PRN position with flexible scheduling Modern, upscale outpatient environment Calm, wellness-centered atmosphere In-person role only Benefits Competitive hourly rate Employee wellness and treatment discounts Supportive, collaborative team culture
