This position offers the chance to work alongside a multidisciplinary team dedicated to excellence in emergency care. As a Registered Nurse specializing in the Emergency Room, you'll play a critical role in providing high-quality care and timely interventions for patients experiencing acute health issues.
Schedule:
Choice of day shifts: 6:00 AM
  • 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM
  • 3:30 PM Participation in call rotation: One weekday (3:30 PM
  • 7:00 PM) and one weekend every 4 weeks (7:00 AM
  • 7:00 PM)
Preferred Qualifications:
Active RN license with a strong background in Emergency Room nursing NMTCB or ARRT(N) certification required Proven ability to respond quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced ER setting Excellent critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and delivering compassionate care Ability to collaborate seamlessly with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff
Key Responsibilities:
Triage and prioritize patient care according to acuity of need Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and accurately document clinical information Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under physician direction Manage patient and family communications with empathy and clarity Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance standards Contribute to process improvements and support new staff as needed This contract role provides hands-on experience in a vibrant setting devoted to advancing patient outcomes and professional growth.
