Job Description

Monarch creates a place where residents and staff can be nourished in spirit, body, and mind. The RN Designee will report to the Director of Health and Wellness. Under the direction of the Director of Health and Wellness, the principal purpose of this position is to act in their absence.

This is a full-time, Salaried Position.
Salary:
Competitive Pay Responsibilities and Duties Coordinating and managing all nursing and assisted living team members providing direct care of assisted living servicesMakes recommendations to the Director of Health and Wellness regarding staffing levels and participates in recruitment, selection, and orientation of new team membersDetermines daily assignments to assure that residents' needs are metAssures compliance with all Federal and State regulationsConducts assessments, as often as necessary based on the resident's condition but not more than every one-hundred and twenty (120) daysParticipates in the QA program under the direction of the Director of Health and Wellness.

Orders, stores, administers, documents, and disposes of medications as per Federal, State, and Agency regulationsParticipates in the RN on-call coverage with the Director of Health and Wellness, as determined by the communityCoordinates ancillary support services for residentsProvides competency training for all client care aides with return demonstrationServes as a liaison to families, health care agencies, emergency response teams, hospitals, and rehabilitation centersProvides first aid as neededOther duties as assigned In every aspect of our communities, Monarch Communities prioritizes the health of our residents and staff by providing an environment specifically designed around wellness.
