Meriden, CT The Nurse Network is currently seeking experienced and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) for exciting opportunities in the Meriden, CT area. We are offering 13-week assignments as well as per diem shifts in a long-term care setting. If you're a skilled RN with leadership experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to connect with you!
Position Details Assignment Options:
13-week contracts & temp to perm
Shift Availability:
6:00 AM - 2:00
PM On-Call Requirement:
Must be available for one weekend per month Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to long-term care residents Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned shifts Manage and respond to residents with behavioral needs in a safe and professional manner Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations Accurately document patient care using electronic systems Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Requirements Active Connecticut RN license Minimum 1 year of RN supervisor experience Long-term care experience required Behavioral experience required PCC (PointClickCare) experience - REQUIRED Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Current CPR/BLS certification Why Join The Nurse Network?
