In this role, you will deliver advanced nursing care focused on cosmetic and aesthetic procedures, enhancing clients' confidence and well-being through personalized treatments. Your expertise will help elevate our patient experience by combining clinical excellence with a passion for aesthetics, ensuring safe, effective, and transformative results. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, cutting-edge environment dedicated to beauty, health, and wellness. Duties Perform non-invasive and minimally invasive aesthetic procedures including dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, esthetic laser treatments, and other skin rejuvenation techniques. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine suitability for various aesthetic interventions while explaining procedures clearly and confidently. Manage pre- and post-treatment care, including patient education on skincare routines, recovery protocols, and expected outcomes. Maintain meticulous medical documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or eClinicalWorks, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop customized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs. Stay current with industry advancements in aesthetic medicine and participate in ongoing training related to new techniques and technologies. Ensure all procedures adhere to sterile processing standards and aseptic techniques for patient safety. Requirements Valid APRN license with certification in aesthetics or relevant specialty area; experience in dermatology or cosmetic nursing preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with medical office systems such as Epic, Athenahealth, or Cerner; telehealth experience is a plus. Hands-on experience with botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and other esthetic procedures. Strong background in patient assessment, vital signs monitoring, anatomy knowledge, and clinical documentation. Experience working in diverse settings including outpatient clinics, hospitals (Level I Trauma Center or Level II Trauma Center experience), or surgical environments such as OR or ICU is highly desirable. Knowledge of CPT coding, ICD coding (ICD-10/ICD-9), and utilization review processes for billing purposes. Ability to perform venipuncture, IV infusion, suturing, catheterization, phlebotomy, and sterile processing techniques confidently. Critical care experience including emergency medicine or acute pain management enhances your ability to handle complex cases effectively. Excellent communication skills for patient education on skin care, aging processes, and treatment expectations; experience working with children or seniors is beneficial.
