This contract opportunity is perfect for skilled Registered Nurses with a background in the Emergency Room. The position requires flexibility and a passion for delivering quality patient care during critical situations.
Schedule:
Two different day shifts: 6:00 am
- 2:30 pm or 7:00 am
- 3:30 pm Call rotation includes one weekday call (3:30 pm
- 7:00 pm) and one weekend call every four weeks (7:00 am
- 7:00 pm)
Qualifications:
Current and valid RN license with proven Emergency Room experience Certification through NMTCB or ARRT(N) strongly preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all ages Triage incoming patients and prioritize based on acuity and urgency Collaborate effectively with physicians, specialists, and healthcare staff Administer medications, start IVs, and perform emergency procedures as needed Accurately document patient information and care provided Respond personally to call rotation duties as scheduled
