Responsibilities Update curricula aligned with current healthcare standards for all offered courses. Deliver engaging classroom lectures and supervise clinical practice in teaching enior care facilities. Guide students through patient care procedures, care plans, documentation review, and medical terminology comprehension while emphasizing safety and quality standards. Supervise and evaluate students' clinical performance, providing constructive feedback to foster professional growth. Coordinate with nursing administration to ensure seamless integration of clinical experiences with academic coursework. Train and support all instructors, ensuring compliance with OHE and DPH requirements. Manage classroom activities effectively while ensuring compliance with accreditation requirements and institutional policies. Experience Proven supervising experience in clinical or educational settings within skilled nursing facilities or higher education institutions. Extensive hands-on experience in various nursing specialties such as critical care, pediatrics, primary care, senior care, and acute care environments including ICU experience. Demonstrated expertise in using learning management systems (LMS) like Blackboard or similar platforms for curriculum delivery and student assessment. Strong background in curriculum development, classroom teaching, and adult education principles tailored for healthcare students. Experience working with students in diverse clinical settings, including teaching hospitals or medical centers with a focus on patient-centered care. A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Skilled Nursing environment as a Registered Nurse.
