Aesthetic Registered Nurse

The Aesthetic Injector RN will be responsible for performing injectable aesthetic procedures, assisting with aesthetic treatment planning, and delivering an exceptional client experience. This role requires strong clinical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to build long-term patient relationships. Aesthetic Services Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including: Neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin) Dermal Fillers Lip enhancement Facial contouring and balancing Conduct comprehensive patient consultations Create personalized aesthetic treatment plans Educate patients on procedures, expectations, and aftercare Ensure treatment areas and supplies are prepared and compliant Document treatments and maintain accurate patient records Clinical Duties Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and infection control Monitor patients during and after treatments Manage and respond appropriately to complications or adverse reactions Maintain compliance with all medical and regulatory guidelines IV Therapy (if applicable) Administer IV vitamin therapy and injections Monitor patients during IV treatments Maintain IV therapy protocols and documentation Client Experience & Team Support Deliver a high- end, luxury patient experience Build strong relationships with clients to encourage retention Introduce patients to complementary services and skincare products when appropriate Support patient retention and membership growth through patient education and referrals Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture Qualifications Required Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Connecticut, in good standing Certification plus minimum 3 years performing aesthetic injections Proven experience with: Neuromodulators Dermal fillers Lip injections Strong facial anatomy knowledge Experience performing aesthetic consultations and treatment planning Strong clinical judgment and professionalism Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Professional, reliable, and punctual Polished and patient focused demeanor Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury wellness environment Preferred Experience in med-spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery practice Experience with additional aesthetic treatments such as: PRP injections Sculptra or biostimulators Microneedling Laser treatments IV therapy experience Passion for wellness and longevity medicine Personal Attributes We Value Warm, approachable personality with excellent bedside manner Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment Growth-oriented mindset: asks questions and pursues continuous improvement Highly dependable and accountable Calm, confident presence in patient care situations Kind, professional, and team oriented mindset Comfortable engaging in friendly conversation with diverse clients Compensation & Benefits Competitive base pay & commission structure Performance based incentives Flexible scheduling options Staff treatment discounts Opportunities for advanced aesthetic training Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding wellness brand
