As our practice continues to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled, patient-focused, and growth-oriented Aesthetic Injector (RN or PA-C) to join our team. This role requires travel between our Westport and Shelton locations. Position Overview The Aesthetic Injector plays a vital role in delivering exceptional aesthetic outcomes while creating a warm, elevated patient experience. You will perform advanced injectable treatments, conduct comprehensive consultations, and develop customized treatment plans aligned with our natural-enhancement philosophy. Compensation Structure & Unlimited Earning Potential Initial training/shadowing compensation starts at $35/hour Once clinically cleared to independently treat patients, compensation increases based on skill, readiness, and performance This hourly compensation represents your base pay only Uncapped Incentive Structure Our compensation model is intentionally designed to reward motivated, high-performing injectors. In addition to hourly compensation, team members receive: Uncapped monthly bonuses Incentives tied to productivity, patient retention, treatment/package sales, and growth performance Ongoing opportunities for income expansion as your clientele grows Current injector averages are approximately $74/hour when incentives and bonuses are factored in. Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Excellence Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including neuromodulators (Botox®, Jeuveau®), dermal fillers, PRF, Sculptra®, and regenerative aesthetic services Conduct thorough consultations and create anatomy-based treatment plans Deliver safe, precise, and natural-looking outcomes aligned with company standards Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and Connecticut medical regulations Client Experience Provide a polished, welcoming, confidence-building patient experience Maintain accurate charting, documentation, consents, and before/after photography Educate patients regarding treatment options, skincare, aftercare, and long-term aesthetic planning Collaboration & Brand Growth Work closely with leadership, providers, estheticians, and front desk team members to ensure a seamless patient journey Participate in social media and marketing initiatives including educational content and treatment videos Support practice growth through patient retention and cross-referrals Quality, Safety & Compliance Uphold the highest standards in safety, sterilization, HIPAA, and OSHA compliance Stay current on aesthetic trends, advanced techniques, and continuing education Qualifications Active Connecticut RN or PA-C license (required) Previous aesthetic injecting experience preferred Strong foundational candidates with advanced anatomy knowledge may also be considered Minimum of one (1) year nursing experience in ER, OR, plastic surgery, dermatology, or another medical setting preferred Strong understanding of facial anatomy and natural aesthetic outcomes Excellent communication skills and bedside manner Coachable, self-motivated, and growth-oriented Professional, polished, dependable, and team-focused Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly base compensation Uncapped performance-based bonuses and incentives Injector earning averages currently around $74/hour total compensation Employee pricing on treatments and skincare Advanced training and continuing education opportunities Positive, supportive, and high-performing culture Significant career growth potential within a rapidly expanding multi-location practice Schedule Flexible scheduling Part-time position with opportunity to grow into full-time Occasional weekend availability required How to Apply Please submit: Current résumé Relevant certifications A brief paragraph outlining your aesthetic philosophy, injecting experience, and/or long-term goals in aesthetics Please do not contact the office by phone or email regarding your application.
