Job Description
We are seeking a special kind of nurse to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this nurse will be to support the well-being of people living with dementia in our Assisted Living neighborhoods. A nurse that is compassionate, adaptable, personable and can problem solve will make a great addition to our team. Evenings-4:30pm
- 8:30pm
- every other weekend Part-time
- 16 hours per week LiveWell has been a national leader in the field of aging services since 1990; advancing care, support, and issues of importance to individuals living with memory changes and those who care about and for them.
Responsibilities include:
Working under the supervision of the SALSA and RN Designee you will support residents in our 4 assisted living residential neighborhoods Supporting the care partners Administering medication and documenting changes in condition for our elders. Supporting the families and their loved ones who live on the neighborhood Qualifications and Skills CT LPN license CPR required Degree from accredited nursing program. Experience as a charge nurse a plus. Experience caring for people living with dementia a plus.Work Location:
