Qualifications:
Active Connecticut RN license required Previous experience working in a school setting strongly preferred Proven skill and comfort administering g-tube care Ability to work independently and serve as a positive resource for students and staff At least one year of relevant nursing experience
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care for middle school students, with particular focus on g-tube management Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with teachers, parents, and healthcare team to support student wellness and participation Monitor and document student health conditions and interventions Respond efficiently to health emergencies and maintain an organized, safe health office
