Float Oasis RN position to cover Watertown office region. Mon -Friday with requirement to cover 1 weekend per month, 1 major and 2 minor holidays per year. Work where every moment matters. Job Description Perform comprehensive OASIS assessments to establish an individualized care plan. Facilitate communication between the patient and the interdisciplinary team. Develop and maintain a therapeutic relationship by providing education and promoting self-advocacy and independence. Utilize state-of-the-art technology to document skilled services provided. Qualifications Registered Nurse with Valid CT RN license One year of RN experience; Homecare experience preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
