About the Job Unit Highlights Our 1C Acute Geriatrics Medicine unit has 32 beds and provides care to adult geriatric patients with a variety of medical diagnoses. We are a Nurses Improving Care forHealth SystemElders (NICHE) certified unit, which is focused on the improved care for patients ages 65 and older through nurse-led, evidence-basedprinciples, tools, and education. Key Responsibilities As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs-from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans.
