Travel assignment (details provided during application)Qualifications:
Active RN license, eligible for Delaware practice Minimum of 1 year recent OR experience preferred Current BLS certification (AHA or equivalent) Strong knowledge of operative procedures, infection control, and safety standards Adaptable communication skills and a commitment to teamwork EPIC or similar EMR familiarity a plusKey Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, effective pre-, intra-, and post-operative nursing care Circulate and/or scrub during surgical procedures as needed Conduct pre-op assessments and engage with multidisciplinary teams Maintain sterile technique and monitor patient safety Accurately document intraoperative events and patient responsesBenefits & Perks:
