Registered Nurse

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care across diverse healthcare settings. As a Registered Nurse, you will be instrumental in promoting health, preventing illness, and supporting patients through their recovery and ongoing care. Duties Assist in the development, implementation, evaluation and revision of recovery plans in collaboration with the participants and assigned staff Maintains a case load of assigned participants and completes assigned paperwork in a timely manner Act as a liaison consulting with community agencies and families to maintain coordination of care in the treatment process Provides ongoing assessment of participant's mental health symptoms and responds to recovery plans Educates and supervises participants in self administration of medication Ensures annual review of the participants physical condition and assist access to and encourage compliance with treatment for identified physical problems Monitors medication, documenting participant compliance, medication efficacy, and side effects as reported Local travel required, including transporting participants May be required to report to work during emergencies, including inclement weather May require crisis intervention in emergency situations Possible on-call work are necessary Requirements Board Certified Licensed RN in the state of Delaware; or participating in the Nursing Licensure Compact to include the state of DE. Knowledge of mental health systems and supports. Knowledge of multiple support systems for substance abuse. Good communication skills both oral and written. Ability to work independently and as part of a focused team. Possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Strong organizational and analytical skills. #

INDNUR Pay:

$51.00 - $52.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
