Job Description

Registered Nurse Hospice Case Manager Sussex County, DE A Reputable Home Based Hospice Provider in Sussex County, DE is searching for full time and permanent Registered Nurse, Hospice Case Manager . Position will cover specific zip codes within Sussex County and treatment will take place in the homes of end of life patients. Training provided for those without hospice experience who feel they would have strong clinical skills to offer!
Schedule:
Monday
  • Friday 8:00AM
  • 4:30PM with one weekend day per month Benefits and Compensation for the Registered Nurse Competitive salary ranging from approximately $83,000.00
  • $89,000.
00 per year depending on years of experience and qualifications 5% merit based raises each year! $1K retention bonus after 1 year and 2 years 403b plan with employer paid contribution 31 days of PTO accrued year one of employment + 7 paid holidays Amazing health, dental and vision plans that start day ONE of employment Mileage reimbursement at .68 cents Requirements for the
Registered Nurse:
Minimum of 1 year of strong clinical experience and ability to work autonomously Active RN license in the state of DE or ability to apply for one Responsibilities of the
Registered Nurse:
