Job Overview CareRev is now onboarding Telemetry Registered Nurses in Lewes, DE. In this role, you will be able to pick your own schedule - scheduling your shifts right from our app. Your expertise will support patients across various units, including acute care, ICU, and emergency settings, contributing to a compassionate and efficient healthcare experience. Job Type:
Per Diem Duties Current RN license and good standing with the Delaware State Board of Nursing. Current BLS from the American Heart Association (be sure to include the AHA logo and QR Code). Current ACLS, and NIHSS certifications. Minimum of 1 year experience as a Telemetry RN (most recent experience within the last year). Strong ability to assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate and delegate the delivery of skilled patient care, as well as demonstrate critical thinking, and consistency in following established processes. Strong ACLS skills, an excellent understanding of ECG interpretation, and familiarity caring for patients with common cardiac issues, including Congestive Heart Failure and Atrial Fibrillation. Proficiency with post ACS/MI care protocols, a good understanding of key labs and medications related to cardiac rhythm, ECG administration, cardioversion, and external pacing. Strong familiarity with titration of common cardiac drips such as Heparin, Cardizem, and Amiodarone following facility protocols.
