Requirements:
Active RN license, eligible in Delaware Minimum one year of recent, dedicated CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) experience BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred) Strong communication and critical thinking skills Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
Key Responsibilities:
Scrub and circulate in CVOR procedures, ensuring optimal patient care Collaborate with surgeons, anesthetists, and support staff for cardiac surgical cases Monitor and document patient status throughout surgical preparation, procedure, and recovery Adhere to strict infection control and safety standards Participate in quality improvement initiatives and procedural updates
