Desired Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing Current BLS and ACLS certifications Minimum 2 years of direct experience in Electrophysiology (EP) Strong critical thinking and rapid assessment skills Exceptional communication and collaborative abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver specialized nursing care throughout EP procedures including pre, intra, and post-procedure phases Monitor, assess, and document patient responses to interventions while maintaining the highest safety standards Collaborate efficiently with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Educate patients and families regarding pre- and post-procedure care Maintain accurate records in accordance with facility protocols and compliance guidelines
