• $130,000 annually

This role is ideal for a highly skilled Operating Room RN with strong cardiac and open-heart surgical experience who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care in a high-acuity, collaborative surgical environment. The selected candidate will work alongside a dedicated cardiovascular surgical team focused on clinical excellence, innovation, and continuous professional growth. Key Responsibilities Provide direct perioperative nursing care in the Cardiovascular Operating Room Support complex cardiac and open-heart surgical procedures Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, perfusionists, and interdisciplinary teams Maintain sterile technique and ensure patient safety throughout surgical procedures Monitor and document patient status during operative interventions Participate in Open Heart call rotation as required Contribute to quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to patients and families Required Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required BSN preferred (or willingness to obtain within 3 years, if applicable) Minimum 3 years of Operating Room nursing experience required Strong CVOR / Open Heart surgical experience required Excellent critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity surgical environment For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
