Fellowship Program, designed to develop confident, highly skilled perioperative nurses. Candidates must be available and willing to train and work in either the Operating Room or CVOR. Final placement will be determined based on organizational needs, clinical experience, and overall best fit. Shift & Schedule Expectations Fellowship Orientation:

Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30

PM Post-Orientation Schedule:

Day/Evening Includes occasional evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call assignments based on departmental needs. Qualifications BSN preferred (or commitment to obtain within 3 years) BLS certification required Must meet one of the following: Minimum 2 years RN experience (Med/Surg or Stepdown preferred) Minimum 2 years as a Certified Surgical Technologist + RN program completion Must be available to train and work in either Operating Room or CVOR Program Commitment Candidates must commit to continued employment following successful completion of the fellowship. Hourly Pay Range:

$41.28 - $66.05 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
