Job Description

Nemours is seeking a Pediatric Advanced Practice Nurse to join our Seaford, Delaware School Based Health System Team! Our school-based health APRN position is a wonderful opportunity. This role is a 0.75 FTE associate position and operates on a 10-month schedule each year.
This position is responsible for:
An area of specialized nursing practice, and provides direct and indirect care to patients and their families in the ambulatory, and outpatient settings with the Seaford School system The nurse practitioner will carry out the major responsibility for the student's health care needs including evaluation, management and follow-up This role will occasionally include various additional responsibilities, such as telehealth support.
Requirements:
Master of Science in Nursing (PNP) Pediatric Primary Care NP Certification required Three years of pediatric primary care experience Active Delaware (or compact state) Registered Nurse Licensure required Active Delaware Advanced Practice Nurse Licensure, with prescriptive authority required Delaware Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) if practicing in Delaware Federal DEA registration with Office Address Current AHA Healthcare Provider (HCP) Certification required Nemours offers its Associates a competitive salary and a robust benefits package that includes relocation, health/life/dental/vision for Associates and their dependents, a wellness program, CME, 403(b) with employer match, licensure and dues allowance, tuition reimbursement, legal plan, adoption assistance and many other benefit options.
