Clinical Support Specialist - Registered Nurse ( RN )

Interim HealthCare of Delaware is seeking a Registered Nurse RN for a Clinical Support Specialist to work in the office. Essential Functions and Tasks of In-Office Clinical Support Specialist (RN): Assist in organizing and submitting Doctor's Orders Clinical Documentation Chart Audits Home care scheduling and intake Take clinical calls and answer questions and coordinate care accordingly. Communicate with Physician offices on a regular basis to coordinate care, verify orders, report findings, etc. Communicate with field staff on a regular basis to make sure they are following orders and protocols. Provides other assignments as requested Able to effectively communicate in English with all levels of the workforce, both clinical and non-clinical. Able to read and interpret technical instructions related to the care of the patient. Able to effectively deal with multiple changes based on patient needs and scheduling. Proven organizational skills and detailed orientation. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines, and effectively workload. Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, with clinical and non-clinical personnel Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite Minimum Education and Experience Requirements of In-Office Clinical Support Specialist (RN): Appropriate license to practice in the state of Delaware At least one year's experience working in a hospital, home care or nursing home setting within the United States Valid CPR card We're looking for caring and qualified nurses to become a part of our health care team.
