Full-time, Three (3) 12-hour shifts

Shift:

Days, 7:00 am - 7:00 pm (with weekend rotation)

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Perform and document accurate initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate patient conditions and needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to address identified patient needs and goals. Administer medications accurately and appropriately as ordered, monitoring patient responses and adjusting interventions as necessary. Supervise and guide nursing personnel in delivering safe, therapeutic, and quality patient care, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Provide patient and family education about the care plan, medications, procedures, and other relevant information to ensure understanding and compliance. Assist physicians with bedside procedures and prepare patients for tests, procedures, and surgeries. What You'll Need to

Succeed:

Associate of Science degree in Nursing Current State of Florida or Multistate licensure as a Registered Nurse One (1) year of Registered Nurse experience in an acute hospital setting Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification

Pay Range:
