• 42/hour All's Well is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a growing outpatient infusion center in Altamonte Springs, FL.

This full-time opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule with no nights, weekends, or on-call requirements—ideal for nurses seeking strong work-life balance while continuing to provide high-quality patient care. Position Summary The RN will deliver direct patient care in an outpatient infusion setting, including administering IV medications, monitoring patient responses, and providing education and support throughout treatment. The ideal candidate is clinically skilled, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Initiate and maintain peripheral IVs, arterial lines, and other vascular access devices Administer IV medications and monitor infusion therapy equipment Assess line patency and monitor patients for medication effectiveness and adverse reactions Respond promptly to infusion-related complications or patient concerns Educate patients on prescribed therapies, including antibiotic and infusion treatment plans Provide compassionate care and ongoing patient support throughout treatment Manage a daily caseload of approximately 10-15 patients per RN Accurately document patient care, clinical notes, scanned records, and EMR updates Qualifications Active and unrestricted RN license Recent hospital or emergency room experience required Strong IV insertion and vascular access skills required Oncology experience preferred Experience working with EMR systems Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required Ideal Candidate We are looking for a dependable and experienced nurse seeking a long-term opportunity within a supportive outpatient environment.
