Job Description:

Provides skilled nursing care to hospice patients requiring crisis care in various settings. Assesses patient conditions and symptoms necessitating crisis care. Administers medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitors and manages symptoms to ensure patient comfort. Communicates with the healthcare team regarding patient status and care plans. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of NursingBasic Life Support

• CPR Cert (BLS)
• RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN)
• EV Accredited Issuing Body, Driver's License (DL)
• EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Nurse (RN)
