Job Description
Concierge Care is currently searching for a compassionate and caring RN Nurse to advocate for the client's health, safety, and well-being in the The Villages FL area. The Senior Care Advisor performs comprehensive, holistic client assessments within the home setting. She/he also assists clients with the development of a client-directed care plan including personal and companion care services that best meet their needs and goals. She/he assists and directs in making referrals for ancillary services needed to improve their quality of life. RN. The possible pay range is $60-65k per year. This position requires the ability to be flexible to work around the client's schedule and to provide ongoing support as needed. Responsibilities and Duties Assume responsibility in the performance of providing comprehensive assessments and the development of client-directed care plans to best meet their goals. Provide follow up visits to clients as requested to provide additional support and advise as needed Promote and attempt to meet all client expectations and satisfaction.
