Schedule/Hours:
Full-time travel assignment Shifts aligned with the Cath Lab schedule (specific shift information available during interview)
Qualifications:
Current and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a Cath Lab setting BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong knowledge of interventional cardiac procedures, equipment, and patient care protocols Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care and monitoring to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and related procedures Collaborate closely with physicians, technologists, and other cardiovascular team members Prepare and educate patients and families regarding procedures and recovery Adhere to strict infection control and patient safety standards Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and interdisciplinary team discussions
