Job Description

The Oaks at Avon Park is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) to join the team! The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering care to residents/patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation; effectively interacts with residents/patients, family members, and other health team members while maintaining the standards of professional nursing.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Valid Florida LPN/RN License, required Valid BLS certification, required One year of nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, preferred •Attention•Please see the link below to the new Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse Education and Awareness website.
