The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home health care administration and a deep understanding of Florida's AHCA regulations to ensure our registry remains fully compliant and operationally efficient.
Responsibilities Regulatory Compliance:
Manage and maintain daily operations in strict compliance with AHCA regulations, Florida Statutes (Chapter 400), and Florida Administrative Code.
Caregiver Credentialing:
Oversee the screening, onboarding, and credentialing of independent contractor caregivers (Level 2 background checks, license verifications, etc.).
Office Management:
Day-to-day oversight of administrative staff, scheduling, and client/caregiver coordination.
Record Keeping:
Maintain meticulous, audit-ready records for all contracted providers and clients.
Quality Assurance:
Handle inquiries, resolve issues professionally, and maintain high satisfaction levels for clients and independent contractors.
Requirements Experience:
Minimum of one (1) year of administrative experience working specifically within a home health care or nurse registry office environment (Required).
AHCA Compliance:
Must meet all Florida AHCA requirements for a Nurse Registry Administrator (including Level 2 background screening clearance).
Skills:
Strong proficiency in home health scheduling software, Level 2 background portals, and Microsoft Office.
Attributes:
Exceptional organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
