Pre-Operative / PACU Registered Nurse

Pre-Op / PACU Nurse (Boutique Plastic Surgery Clinic) We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and team-oriented Registered Nurse to join our boutique plastic surgery clinic and accredited surgical facility. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced yet personalized environment and enjoys being involved in all aspects of patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in pre-operative and post-anesthesia recovery care, excellent bedside manner, and the ability to work collaboratively within a small, close-knit team. This position also includes circulating in the OR, assisting with patient flow throughout the clinic, and serving as a chaperone for the surgeon during non-OR clinic days.

Schedule Surgery Days:

Monday-Thursday 1-2 patients per day

Follow-Up Friday:

Friday dedicated to post-operative follow ups, patient care, and clinic support Hours Surgery days: 6:30am to 2:30pm, or until patient is discharged Clinic days: 9am to 5pm Responsibilities Perform comprehensive pre-operative patient assessments and preparation Monitor and care for patients in PACU following surgical procedures Circulate in the operating room during surgical cases Assist with patient education before and after surgery Remove catheters and manage post-operative recovery needs Serve as a chaperone for the surgeon during clinic visits on non-OR days Assist with follow-up appointments and patient recovery support Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety standards Support overall clinic operations and assist in various areas as needed Deliver exceptional patient experience with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail Qualifications Active Florida RN license ACLS certification required Experience in PACU and pre-operative nursing required Plastic surgery experience strongly preferred Experience circulating in the OR preferred Comfortable with catheter removal and post-operative patient management Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Friendly, kind, polished, and professional demeanor Ability to multitask and work efficiently within a small team environment About Us We are a boutique plastic surgery practice focused on delivering exceptional surgical results and an elevated patient experience. Pay:

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
