Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing At least 2 years of recent CVOR experience required Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred) Proficient in monitoring patients before, during, and after cardiovascular procedures Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational abilities Eagerness to adapt to new clinical settings
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with cardiovascular surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and aseptic technique Prepare, monitor, and assess patients throughout the operative experience Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff Maintain accurate documentation and comply with facility protocols Guide and support patients and their families throughout the operative process
