Desired Qualifications:

Current RN licensure in good standing Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room nursing experience preferred BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong clinical decision-making and communication abilities Ability to adapt easily to new environments and teams

Responsibilities:

Prepare operating rooms and ensure all instruments are sterile and ready for use Provide direct nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures Collaborate with surgeons and surgical team to facilitate safe, effective patient care Monitor patient status throughout procedures and respond promptly to changes Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and follow facility protocols
