English Emergency medicine Patient interaction Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Nurse Practitioner with expertise in aesthetic medicine to join our team as a Botox and Filler Injector as well as weight loss GFE. In this role, you will deliver exceptional patient care by administering Botox, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic treatments while ensuring safety, comfort, and satisfaction. Your clinical background will support comprehensive patient assessments, treatment planning, and follow-up care, all within a vibrant and innovative environment dedicated to enhancing natural beauty and confidence. Duties Perform Botox injections and dermal filler treatments with precision, adhering to established protocols and safety standards Understand and perform Good Faith Exam's for Weight Loss clients (training will be provided) Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess aesthetic goals, medical history, and suitability for procedures Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, post-treatment care, and potential side effects Maintain detailed medical documentation of procedures performed, patient assessments, and follow-up plans using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems such as PatientNow. Ensure sterile technique and aseptic procedures during all injections and treatments to prevent infection Monitor patient clients, during, and after procedures to ensure safety and comfort Manage adverse reactions or complications promptly and effectively while coordinating with other healthcare providers as needed Experience Valid Nurse Practitioner license with current certification to practice in the state of employment (Florida) Have a general concept of medical weight loss and understand Good Faith Exams Proven experience administering Botulinum toxin treatments (Botox) and dermal fillers in an aesthetic setting Strong background in medical office operations, including medical documentation, CPT coding for cosmetic procedures, and HIPAA compliance Experience working with EMR/EHR systems such as PatientNow for accurate record keeping Prior clinical experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, or related fields preferred but not required; experience in critical care or emergency medicine is advantageous Knowledge of anatomy relevant to facial aesthetics and injection techniques for optimal results Excellent patient assessment skills combined with a warm, professional demeanor that fosters trust and satisfaction Sales skills is absolutely a plus Join us to make a meaningful impact by helping individuals look and feel their best!
