Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background with experience in various healthcare settings, demonstrating excellent patient care skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach. As a Nurse at Eden Springs, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care, ensuring patient safety, and supporting the overall well-being of our residents. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history documentation. Administer medications and injections accurately while adhering to prescribed treatment plans and safety protocols. Monitor patients' conditions closely, recognizing signs of acute pain or deterioration requiring immediate intervention. Assist with specialized procedures such as IV infusions, catheter care, suturing, and wound management. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans aligned with patients' needs. Provide patient education on health management, medication usage, and post-discharge instructions to promote recovery and independence. Qualifications Valid nursing license (RN or LPN) with current registration in the state of practice. Experience working with diverse populations including geriatrics, pediatrics, individuals with developmental disabilities, or those requiring memory care or hospice services. Competence in performing aseptic techniques, sterile processing, phlebotomy, and specimen collection/processing. Excellent communication skills coupled with critical thinking abilities to handle triage situations effectively. Additional certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), or specialized training in dialysis or ostomy care are advantageous. $25.00 - $37.50 per hour
