Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders. Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients and document changes in health status. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents. Supervise and guide nursing assistants and other staff to ensure quality care. Ensure proper documentation of resident care and maintain accurate medical records. Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and healthcare team members to coordinate care. Uphold facility policies, procedures, and compliance with state and federal regulations. Registered Nurse (RN)

Qualifications:

Valid RN license in the state of Florida. Previous experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing, or healthcare setting preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. CPR and First Aid certification required.
