Role Overview:

As a Home Health Nurse at BrightStar Care of W. Volusia, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans, ensuring patients receive the compassionate support they need. Whether you work on-site in Edgewater, Florida, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Available Shifts :

7am-7pm

Thursday, Saturday, Sunday Key Responsibilities:

Provide patient care in accordance with care plans developed in collaboration with the healthcare team. Monitor and assess patients' health status, reporting any changes to the supervising nurse. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Educate patients and their families about care plans, medications, and any necessary lifestyle adjustments. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and maintain the highest standards of safety and hygiene.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Current RN or LPN licensure in the state of Florida. Vent/Trach care experience Tube Feeding experience Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with clients and families empathetically. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Bonus If You:

Have additional certifications in home health, gerontology, or specialty nursing. Are bilingual, especially in languages other than English. Have experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Employment Type & Availability:

This is a Part-Time position with availability on Thursday, Friday, and Sunday.

Location:

This position is on-site only and located in Edgewater, Florida.
