Healthcare professionals working here gain valuable exposure to diverse patient populations and the opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical teams. Embark on a 13-week assignment in the operating room and elevate your resume by working with advanced technologies in orthopedic, neuro, robotic, ENT, general surgery, and urology cases. This setting provides a unique environment to learn alongside experienced surgeons and strengthen your leadership and critical thinking skills—all while gaining national experience sure to make your CV stand out.
Schedule/Hours:
Days (6:30a - 5p) Call responsibilities; exact shift times and days may vary based on patient volumeQualifications:
RN license with at least 2 years of current OR experience Strong background in Ortho, Neuro, Robotics, ENT, General Surgery, and Urology ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required Experience with Cerner electronic medical records CNOR certification preferred Ability and willingness to float between campuses as neededKey Responsibilities:
Anticipate and plan comprehensive perioperative care Scrub and assist during diverse surgical procedures Communicate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, staff, and patient families Maintain and update physician preference cards and supplies Supervise clinical personnel and uphold regulatory standardsTravel Assignment Perks:
