We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Certified Nurse Midwife to join our team. As a Certified Nurse Midwife, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive healthcare services to women and their families during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. Our ideal candidate is a dedicated and highly motivated individual with a passion for women's health and a commitment to delivering exceptional care. Provide comprehensive healthcare services to women during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. Conduct thorough prenatal and postpartum assessments, including physical exams, medical history reviews, and screening tests. Monitor the progress of labor and delivery, and provide care to both mother and baby during and after childbirth. Administer medications and treatments as needed, and collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients. Educate patients and their families about pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care, including breastfeeding, and family planning. Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families, and refer them to appropriate resources as needed. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop procedures that promote the delivery of high-quality care. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols. Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues, and communicate effectively and respectfully.
