Required Qualifications:
Current and active RN license Minimum of 2 years' recent CVOR experience BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred) Strong clinical skills in cardiovascular operating room procedures Ability to adapt to fast-paced or changing settings Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive patient care before, during, and after cardiovascular surgeries Assist the surgical team by maintaining a sterile environment and preparing the operating room Monitor patient vitals and provide essential support throughout procedures Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff for optimal outcomes Maintain accurate documentation and patient records Educate patients and families on procedures and post-operative care as needed
