Job Summary and Qualifications ​​The Manager of Oncology ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager of Oncology monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.​​​ What qualifications you will need: Associate Degree in Nursing
  • required ​​Bachelor's Degree in Nursing​
  • preferred 1 + years of leadership experience
  • required 3 + years of applicable RN experience
  • required ​Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation
  • required Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • required ​ONS Fundamentals of Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Administration
