Your expertise will directly impact patient care across diverse clinical settings. Also hiring Nurses! This immediate opening offers flexible PRN, Per Diem, and contract opportunities designed to fit your schedule and professional goals. As a vital member of our nursing staff, you will provide exceptional patient care, support clinical workflows, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards. Your role will be instrumental in delivering high-quality services in outpatient clinics, hospitals, long-term care facilities, and community health environments. Bring your passion for nursing and your broad skill set to make a meaningful difference every day! Duties Deliver comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, wound care, and use of EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems such as Epic, Cerner or PCC. Work within scope of practice with strict adherence to aseptic technique and HIPAA regulations to ensure patient safety and confidentiality. Assist with complex procedures like suturing, catheterization (including urinary and vascular), tube feeding management, and ostomy care in various clinical settings. Perform diagnostic evaluations such as laboratory specimen collection/processing, phlebotomy, and diagnostic imaging support including XRAYs when applicable. Help patients move safely, including transferring and repositioning. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on discharge planning, case management, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities to optimize patient outcomes. Experience High school diploma or equivalent Active CNA certification in the state of Florida Basic life support (BLS) certification preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Physical and technical ability to safely lift and move patients as needed Proven experience across multiple settings including hospital medicine, medical-surgical units, emergency medicine, critical care (ICU/Level I & II trauma centers), outpatient clinics, or home & community care environments. Demonstrated proficiency in EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth or eClinicalWorks. Experience working with diverse patient populations including pediatrics (neonatal to toddler), adults in acute or post-acute settings, geriatrics with dementia/dementia care needs or Alzheimer's care.
