Rotating Weekends Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered neurological care Assess patient conditions and report changes promptly Administer medications and monitor therapeutic responses Perform ordered procedures, monitoring, and documentation accurately Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and follow-up care Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Advocate for patient safety, quality outcomes, and exceptional patient experiences

Qualifications:

Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license required Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required BSN preferred Minimum 1 year of RN experience required LTAC, Home Health, Acute Care, and other clinical backgrounds considered BLS required within 30 days of start date Must be comfortable working in a 7:1 patient ratio environment Candidates must live within commutable distance of the facility

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range:

$29.73 - $43.20/hr based on experience

Night Shift Differential:

$4.25/hr

Weekend Differential:

$3.00/hr
