About the
Role:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Health Care Services industry, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of individuals in various healthcare settings. Your primary responsibility will be to assess patient needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and evaluate patient progress. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care, educate patients and their families, and advocate for their health and safety. This position requires a strong commitment to patient-centered care, as well as the ability to adapt to the dynamic nature of healthcare environments. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to improved patient outcomes and the overall effectiveness of the healthcare system.Minimum Qualifications:
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Associate's degree in nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.ACLS Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a clinical setting, particularly in acute care or specialty areas. Certification in a nursing specialty (e.g., Critical Care, Psychiatry). Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough patient assessments and document medical histories. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care. Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.Skills:
The required skills for this position include strong clinical assessment abilities, which are essential for accurately evaluating patient conditions and determining appropriate care plans. Effective communication skills are vital for educating patients and collaborating with healthcare teams, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned in their approach to patient care.
