Qualifications:

Active RN license, eligible to practice as a Registered Nurse in Florida Minimum one year of experience in the Operating Room (OR) as an RN Current BLS and ACLS certification Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills Prior travel nursing experience is valued but not required

Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care in the operating room, ensuring patient safety and sterile technique throughout procedures Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams Prepare surgical instruments and maintain operating room standards Monitor patients pre-, intra-, and post-operation Document nursing interventions and patient responses accurately
