This position offers a diverse clinical experience while allowing more meaningful time with patients and their families in the home setting. Position Overview We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to primarily work in the field performing: Initial patient assessments and ongoing evaluations Development, implementation, and management of individualized care plans Skilled nursing visits Supervision and coordination of care with clinical staff Qualifications Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of one year of experience in hospital, SNF, hospice, or home health (preferred) Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) documentation Experience with Axxess software is a plus Ability to manage flexible daily assignments Ability and willingness to travel to patients' homes within Pasco County Must be able to successfully complete a Level 2 background screening with fingerprinting , in accordance with Florida law and Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) requirements For more information about Florida's Level 2 background screening process and the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse, please visit: https://info.flclearinghouse.com Why Mission Home Care?
